In our more than 55-year history we have worked on a large number of projects for public, private and nonprofit clients. Though we have worked with hundreds of clients, we take special pride in working with many of our clients on several projects spanning two or more decades.

	COMMERCIAL Our large portfolio of commercial projects includes retail, office, healthcare, and hospitality projects ranging from a single structure to multi-acre campuses. On these projects we often take a project from initial site surveying and planning thru the entitlement process to improvement design, construction documents and construction engineering. 	INDUSTRIAL Each industrial site presents inherent and varied engineering challenges that range from less-than-ideal sites to engineering for environmental protection regulations and specialized use requirements. 	RESIDENTIAL We’ve seen residential development undergo many changes over our more than five decades performing site planning and design. Early neighborhood designs simply converted open land into relatively large lots on long, straight streets. Much has changed in the past ten years, with each residential development offering unique amenities that must be included in the initial site planning and design. And, as land in the region has become more scarce and costly, the need for in-fill development has created a demand for engineering innovation to create sites suitable for new communities. 	SCHOOLS Over the years we’ve worked with a number of school districts that educate children from preschool through college. The depth and breadth of our experience has positioned us to be among the first Northern California firms considered for school expansion and construction projects. View our Schools projects »

	PUBLIC WORKS Since our inception in 1953 we have worked with the City of Woodland and County of Yolo, providing civil engineering, surveying, and construction staking on many public works projects, including street reconstruction, municipal parks, offices, and other facilities. That experience and understanding of the demands that come with spending taxpayer money has allowed us to move into other areas and work with a wide variety of municipal and county agencies.
