Home Depot Supply

Challenge  
Home Depot needed a regional distribution warehouse with ease of access to city streets and space for maneuvering commercial trucks and trailers. The warehouse included an approximately 300,000 SF building and 78 docking bays.

Solution      
Surveying and civil engineering services were provided by Laugenour and Meikle. Through cooperation with the client and the City of West Sacramento, a full set of improvement plans was produced for the project. The project required a fire pump for the building fire suppression system and system modeling for the fire hydrant fire flow.

Outcome 
The successful project resulted in a warehouse with ease of access and plenty of space for truck maneuvering.
