Hanson Ranch, Woodland, CA

Challenge

An infill residential project located in the southeastern part of the City of Woodland. The site has only one connection to an existing public road and is completely surrounded by subdivisions with no access to any.

Solution

After working closely with the City of Woodland Planning and Public Works department, a single cul-de-sac was designed for the project. Access to the site needed redesign to meet city standards and emergency access requirements

Outcome

The final project provided 24 single family residential units.
